How do I find my serial number?

If you have an ActiveKEY, your serial number is on the back, below the bar code

If you have a DisplayKEY, your key number is on the back, above the bar code. This is your serial number

If you have a Palm device, open the eKEY application. The key number will be displayed.

If you have a Windows Mobile devices, from the main eKEY menu, select Options, then About. The Serial number will be displayed.

If you have a BlackBerry deivce, open the eKEY application, select Help, then About. The Serial number will be displayed.
